1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once the payment is successfully processed and the product is delivered/downloaded, we do not normally offer refunds.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

✅ Product Not as Described

If the file you received is significantly different from what is shown on the product page (for example: wrong file format, corrupted/broken file), you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of purchase.

✅ Technical Issues

If you are unable to download or access the file due to a technical problem, please contact us immediately.

  • We will first try to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved from our side, a refund or replacement may be provided.

💳 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Return Policy

Since all products are delivered digitally (via download link or email), we do not accept returns.

Once the file has been delivered or downloaded, the transaction is considered complete. We strongly recommend reviewing:

  • File format (CDR version, compatibility, etc.)

  • The issue is caused by unsupported software, incorrect CorelDRAW version, or incompatible devices.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
Replacement will only be provided if:

  • The file format is incorrect
  • The product is significantly different from its description
